Below is detailed information about our extended order processing policy, including how backorders are handled.


What is Extended Order Processing? #

Extended order processing refers to situations where the delivery of your product key takes longer than the usual timeframe. This can occur for several reasons, such as:

  • Verification Checks:
    Additional verification may be required for your order to ensure the security of the transaction. This manual review can extend the processing time.
  • Inventory Availability:
    High demand or supplier delays might result in temporary shortages, leading to extended processing times while we restock.
  • Technical Issues:
    Occasionally, system errors or connectivity issues may cause delays in processing and delivering your product key.

Backorder Purchases #

Our store allows customers to place backorders for certain product keys. A backorder occurs when a product is temporarily out of stock, but you still wish to purchase it. In such cases:

  • Product Page Notification:
    If a product is available for backorder, a notification will be displayed on the product page informing you of the potential delay in key delivery.
  • Extended Delivery Time:
    When purchasing a backordered item, the delivery of your product key may take an additional 12 to 24 hours beyond the standard processing time.

Key Delivery Timeframe #

  • Standard Delivery:
    Typically, product keys are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of your purchase.
  • Extended Processing & Backorders:
    If your order requires extended processing or is a backorder, please allow up to 24 hours for key delivery. You will be notified via email of the status and estimated delivery time.

What to Do If Your Key Is Delayed #

If you have not received your product key within the specified 24-hour window:

  1. Check Your Email:
    Ensure you have received an email from us containing your product key. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.
  2. Review Order Details:
    Log into your account and navigate to the My Orders section to verify that your order details are correct and that you are checking the right email address.
  3. Contact Support:
    If you still have not received your key after 24 hours and have not been contacted about a delay, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] or call us at +1 (780) 203-9060. Please provide your order number for faster assistance.

Important Information #

  • Refund Policy:
    If you wish to cancel your order due to extended processing or a backorder, please contact our support team before the product key is delivered. Once the key has been delivered and viewed (after clicking “Show my Key” in the My Orders section), refunds are not possible unless you report a non-working key within 15 days of purchase.
  • Pre-Orders and Backorders:
    Please note that backorders may have a delayed delivery of up to 24 hours. Pre-orders are also subject to similar extended processing based on the product’s release date.
