Refund and Returns Policy

At DigitalProductKeys.ca, we are committed to providing our customers with top-notch service and a fair return policy. We guarantee a working activation for the software you purchase or your money back! To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 15-day return period. Please note that refunds for digital products are only available if the product is invalid/not working (i.e., online or phone activation fails). Refund requests must be made via email to [email protected]. Detailed conditions for returns are listed below.

If you reach out to us within the first 15 days of your purchase and we cannot resolve your activation issue, we will provide a FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

We Accept Returns When:


The product is defective or not valid/working (i.e., online or phone activation fails). Defective licenses will be replaced or refunded, based on the customer’s preference.
Please note that all licenses sold by DigitalProductKeys.ca are valid for one unique PC and cannot be transferred unless otherwise specified.


We Do Not Accept Returns When:


The customer changes their mind or placed an order by mistake (due to the nature of digital items, returns for this reason are not permitted).
The software is incompatible with the customer’s hardware (ensuring software compatibility is the customer’s responsibility). For example, purchasing a Windows software package for a Mac machine, or buying a product suitable only for Windows 10 when using Windows 8.
More than 15 days has passed since the product was purchased.
DigitalProductKeys.ca is not liable for any underlying local issues with your computer that could prevent the normal functioning of the software sold.

By placing an order on our site, you automatically agree to our Return Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms at any time.
