  • How can I view my purchased license key?

    To see your purchased license key, go to the “My Orders” section of your account and click on the “Show My Key” button next to the relevant order. 

Product Activation

  • How do I activate my product key?

    After receiving your product key, follow the instructions provided with the key to activate your software. You can also refer to our “How to Activate My Product Key ” guide for detailed steps. 

  • Can I use my product key on multiple devices?

    This depends on the specific license terms of the product. Some keys are single-use, while others may allow installation on multiple devices. Check the product details for more information. 

  • What should I do if my product key is not working?

    If you encounter issues activating your key, refer to our "I Cannot Activate the Key" troubleshooting guide o r contact our support team for assistance. 

Delivery & Availability

  • Are all products available globally?

    No, some products are region-locked and can only be activated in specific countries. Always check the product page to ensure you are purchasing a key valid for your region. 

  • When will I receive my product key?

    Most product keys are delivered instantly after purchase. If you haven’t received your key, please check your spam folder and ensure the payment was completed. If the product is a pre-order, the key will be delivered once the product is released. 

  • I cannot find my product key. What should I do?

    Check your email inbox, spam folder, and the "My Orders" section of your account on our website. If you still can't find your key, click on the "Show My Key" button in "My Orders" tab or refer to our "I Cannot Find My Key" guide.  

Refund & Exchange

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders for digital products typically cannot be canceled once the key has been delivered. Please note that once you reveal (view) your key by clicking the "Show My Key" button, refunds are not possible except in cases where you submit a support ticket within 15 days of purchase indicating that the key could not be activated. 

  • How do I request a refund?

    Refunds are generally not available once a key has been revealed. However, if you experience issues with key activation, you may request a refund by contacting our support team within 15 days of purchase and providing details of the issue. 

  • How do I track my Refund?
    To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.
  • How long does it take to get the Refund?

    Once we receive your return, please allow us 7-14 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.
